With low business overheads and the efficient use of modern technology our commission is typically 10% to 30% lower than most traditional real estate agencies operating in  East Gippsland.

For the majority of residential, rural and farming property sales our commission also includes our 'Premier'  marketing package meaning  you will pay no upfront, out of pocket expenses when selling your property. Therefore in the unlikely event that your property doesn't sell, you pay nothing.
