We are now one of the fastest growing independent agencies in East Gippsland offering residential, rural and commercial property sales, residential and commercial property management and holiday property management.

As a proudly independent agency, we do real estate a little differently. There are no set working hours, whiteboards, prospecting targets, sales targets or company listings and we don’t do lengthy meetings or property caravans. This leaves us free to focus on getting out and meeting people, establishing good working relationships and meeting or exceeding the needs and expectations of our Vendors, Landlords, Purchasers, Tenants and Guests. Our business continues to grow and we are now searching for a Sales Agent to join our multi award winning team.

To be considered for this exciting role you will require the following:

  • The necessary formal qualifications to work as a Licensed Estate Agent or an Agents’ Representative in Victoria (or made significant progress through the required course)
  • Currently residing in (or willing to relocate to) the East Gippsland region of Victoria
  • A valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle
  • A natural networker with a passion for real estate
  • A good working knowledge of the Victorian property market
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good negotiation skills
  • The ability to adapt to new technology
  • Excellent time management skills

This flexible role can be based anywhere in East Gippsland and can be structured to suit the individual circumstances of the successful applicant.   • A valid driver's licence
  • A natural networker with a passion for real estate
  • A good working knowledge of the Victorian property market
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good negotiation skills
  • The ability to adapt to new technology
  • Excellent time management skills
  • The ability to function as a member of a team
