Coast to Country Real Estate launched in East Gippsland in 2020 with the philosophy of ‘independence, honesty and integrity in real estate’. As a proudly independent agency, Coast to Country Real Estate does real estate a little differently. There are no set working hours, whiteboards, prospecting targets, sales targets or company listings and we don’t do lengthy meetings or property caravans. This leaves us to focus on getting out and meeting people, establishing good working relationships and meeting or exceeding the needs and expectations of our vendors, landlords, buyers and tenants. Our business continues to expand and we are now searching for an Administration Officer to join our award-winning team. This entry level position is an opportunity to get your start in real estate in a professional environment and be on the pathway to a successful and rewarding career.


To be considered for this exciting role you will require the following:
• Successful completion of VCE to Year 12
• Currently residing in (or willing to relocate to) the Orbost or Bairnsdale regions of Victoria
• A natural networker with a passion for real estate
• A good working knowledge of the Victorian property market
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to adapt to new technology
• Excellent time management skills
• An interest in photography


This flexible role will initially be offered two days per week (Wednesday and Thursday) but is expected to grow into a full-time role. You will have the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of real estate including administration, fixed and drone photography, and residential and commercial sales and property management. Support will be offered to assist you obtain the necessary qualifications to become eligible to be employed as an Agent’s Representative.
